6. Can my GFC card be used for both inter state and international calls?

Sure! But International rates do vary by country. You need to check with our Rate Plan which is provided in our website.

7. I live in USA. Can I, or my kids use my calling card in any other foreign countries to call home?

For now, all calls must originate from USA only. Right now, our GFC card has no global roaming facility. We are  working on giving you the ability to make calls from any country.

8. I lost my PIN and/or access number. How can I get them again?

To get your PIN, login to your Members' Area of Global free calling.

9. Can I use my GFC phone card to call Mobile Phones?

Though some cards do not allow the connection to cellular phones, our GFC card allows calling.

10. Can I change my Account info with Globalfreecalling.com?

You sure can. Just click on the 'Account Info' link on your Member Page.

11. How do I delete my Account or unsubscribe?

If you would like to cancel your account you may do so by sending an email to info@globalfreecalling.com with the subject : "Unsubscribe Me". Make sure to include your username in the e-mail.

12. Do I get free minutes just for joining Globalfreecalling.com?

We do not offer free minutes just for joining our services. However, you can get more free Minutes by signing up with our partner websites.

13. How do I get free minutes?

After joining with us, you have to generate leads to get free minutes. Any one who requests a free quote by submitting a false information will not receive the free calling card. You must give us the correct information. If any information seems false, you will not receive any calling card from us.

14. How can I generate leads to get free minutes?

Once you're a member, you can find excellent offers in your members' area, from the best online companies. You'll be rewarded with more free long distance minutes for visiting web sites, registering for free with our partners and taking advantage of exciting opportunities. You never have to buy a thing from our partners’ websites.

15. When will my minutes be credited to my GFC account?

Minutes are generally credited to your account within 24 hours (excluding weekends) once you earned. Sometimes our partners take longer to provide us with the information and there may be a further delay.

16. Why have my minutes not been credited yet in my account?

One reason for your minutes not been credited to your account is because of time. All of our offers require a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 5 working days to be credited. If it has been more than 5 working days, then another reason for not being credited for minutes could be an invalid Lead or Referral.
